Psychotherapy Services
Melissa’s Union Square Psychotherapy Office
I offer 45-minute individual sessions and 60-minute couples sessions, and recommend clients typically attend sessions once a week.
Fees
$200 per 45-minute individual session.
$250 per 1-hour couples session.
I do offer some sliding scale fee slots for clients in financial need. Please inquire about availability. Accepted forms of payment are cash, checks, and online payment services.
Insurance
I provide out-of-network services through health insurance; each insurance plan has individual policies and benefits. My clients pay their full fee and are reimbursed directly by their insurance company. I provide monthly receipts with the information for their insurance companies. Clients then send this information directly to their insurance providers. You can call your insurance provider and ask about your out of network coverage. And please let me know if you have any questions.
Cancellations
I hold a 24-hour cancellation policy in order to cancel or reschedule appointments. Canceling without proper notice will incur a full fee of the session.
